Calls are episodic. AHAM is continuous — it observes daily routines, mood signals, sleep and engagement patterns and surfaces a Loneliness Risk Index so you notice subtle changes early.
Is my parent's data safe and private?
Yes. Health data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sponsors only see what's needed for reassurance — never raw surveillance. Data is stored in compliance with applicable Indian regulations.
Does my parent need to be tech-savvy?
No. The elder app is built around large type, gentle prompts and conversation rather than menus. Most parents can use it without help after a 5-minute walkthrough.
